About the role

Motel is building a global fashion brand and needs a dedicated recruitment specialist to own the end‑to‑end hiring journey for all UK positions. As the first Talent Partner in the UK, you will shape how the company attracts, assesses and appoints top‑tier talent, directly influencing growth, culture and success.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for UK vacancies, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding.
• Design and implement simple, scalable hiring processes that balance speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Coach and upskill hiring managers on interview best practices, inclusive hiring techniques and assessment frameworks.
• Collaborate with the People & Potential HR team to embed recruitment best practices and improve process efficiency.
• Elevate the candidate experience through timely communication, consistent feedback and brand‑aligned touchpoints.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for recurring and business‑critical roles.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with brand, culture and cost expectations.
• Track hiring outcomes and use data to continuously improve time‑to‑hire and quality‑of‑hire metrics.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, data‑privacy standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and ability to coach managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse hiring metrics.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and data‑privacy requirements.
