Tax Graduate Acceleration Programme – London

About the role

Join Ryan's three‑year Tax Graduate Acceleration Programme in London and rotate through five specialist tax practices. You will work on real client projects from day one, gaining hands‑on experience in corporate tax, VAT consulting, employment tax, property tax and tax technology.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tax computations and returns for corporate and multinational clients.
• Advise on indirect tax matters, including VAT compliance and cross‑border transactions.
• Support employment‑related tax issues such as share schemes, global mobility and PAYE.
• Assist with property tax compliance, valuations, appeals and relief strategies.
• Collaborate with tax technology teams to implement automation, data analysis and AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• A recent graduate with a strong interest in tax and finance.
• Ambitious, analytical and eager to develop a well‑rounded tax skill set.
• Willing to rotate across multiple disciplines and adapt to new challenges.
• Commitment to complete professional qualifications (ATT in years 1‑2, CTA or RICS in year 3).
