About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Advisor to join a leading fuel‑card reseller. You will work in a supportive office environment, making outbound calls to businesses and promoting cost‑saving solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to businesses to sell fuel‑card products.
  • Identify customer requirements and match them with suitable solutions.
  • Achieve KPIs, call volumes and talk‑time targets while driving sales.
  • Build rapport with cold prospects and gather relevant information.
  • Demonstrate strong B2B communication and negotiation skills.

  • Passionate about sales and eager to work in a busy environment.
  • Excellent listening and telephone etiquette.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands.
  • Professional, persuasive, and able to maintain a positive attitude.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Salary £27,000 rising to £28,000 after probation.
    • Uncapped commission structure.
    • Permanent contract, Monday‑Friday 8:30‑17:00.
    • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and ad‑hoc incentive days.
