Telesales & Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Join LWC Drinks Ltd as a Telesales & Customer Service Advisor, working from the Manchester depot. You will manage a high‑volume inbound call centre, build relationships with existing and prospective customers, and support the sales of our own‑brand beverage products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls including complaints, queries, and order requests while maintaining a professional telephone manner.
• Generate outbound calls from a daily diary, converting inbound interactions into planned sales contacts.
• Process orders accurately, arrange deliveries, and report technical faults on behalf of customers.
• Promote and upsell LWC Drinks products using promotional material and targeted offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with account managers and act as a regular point of contact for weekly telesales customers.
• Perform administrative duties such as sorting post, filing, confirming orders, and using relevant systems to identify supply gaps.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Clear, personable communication skills over the phone.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support account managers.
• Good product knowledge and the ability to understand customer needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and record‑keeping.
• Experience using the Trinity system for order and customer management.
