Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing, Events and Media team in London. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help shape and deliver high‑impact marketing plans for our EU retail, concession and wholesale stores.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in creating and delivering cost‑effective marketing plans for seasonal activities and events across EU owned retail, lifestyle and outlet stores.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop 360° multichannel campaigns, focusing on in‑store experiences, influencer partnerships and digital initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive customer journey by coordinating communications across divisions.
• Partner with internal digital teams to innovate and implement digital and social‑driven store initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign development from brief to design sign‑off, costings, store delivery and performance monitoring.
• Build transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including outlet partners.
• Facilitate store‑led clienteling initiatives, both virtual and in‑store, and manage seasonal tools and GWP allocation.
• Share seasonal assets with mall and outlet partners to amplify activations and ensure global alignment.
