About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Trainee HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This position offers a hands‑on development opportunity within a fast‑paced engineering and manufacturing environment, supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and support HR systems administration.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development activities.
- Help manage employee relations cases and HR queries.
- Support the HR Business Partner and wider HR team in day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
