Trainee HR Coordinator – Development Opportunity

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Trainee HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This position offers a hands‑on development opportunity within a fast‑paced engineering and manufacturing environment, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and support HR systems administration.
• Provide administrative support for learning and development activities.
• Help manage employee relations cases and HR queries.
• Support the HR Business Partner and wider HR team in day‑to‑day operations.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
