Spencer Ogden is looking for ambitious individuals to join as Trainee Recruitment Consultants focused on sales. This entry‑level position offers a structured training programme, uncapped commission and a clear pathway to leadership within a global recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with client organisations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Source, interview and place high‑quality freelance professionals across various sectors.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Competitive, money‑motivated and resilient.
• Confident communicator with a strong desire for progression.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, performance‑based setting.

Required skills

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales, telesales, or other direct‑selling roles.
• Ability to negotiate deals and manage client relationships.
