Transaction Services Director – Life Sciences & Healthcare

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UK professional services firm to appoint a Transaction Services Director focused on Life Sciences and Healthcare. This senior, autonomous position will shape the sector proposition, deepen client relationships, and influence the wider Deals practice alongside partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver financial due diligence on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Advise corporates, private equity firms and management teams through complex deals.
• Own senior client relationships, commercial decisions and associated risk.
• Develop, mentor and grow teams while contributing to business development.
• Strengthen the firm’s market presence in Life Sciences and Healthcare.

Required profile

• Strong background in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence.
• Essential experience in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of leading engagements and teams.
• Commercially credible and comfortable operating at Director level.
• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
