About the role
Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a dedicated Travel and Tourism Lecturer for a permanent, full‑time position at a further education college in Greater Manchester. You will deliver engaging lessons that combine practical industry insight with academic theory, helping students build a solid foundation for careers in the travel sector.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive Travel & Tourism lessons at a further education level.
- Create and update lesson materials that align with curriculum objectives.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on student work and assessments.
- Support students’ personal and professional development through mentorship.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Required profile
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry and a desire to inspire learners.
- Relevant industry experience in travel or tourism.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to obtain a DBS clearance (Eden Brown can assist with the application).
- Teaching experience or a teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.
