US/UK Tax Specialist (Director)

About the role

We are looking for a US/UK Tax Specialist at Director level to join our fast‑scaling boutique specialist firm in Central London. You will provide technical direction on cross‑border tax matters for private clients and help expand our corporate and funds capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Independently deliver technical tax advice and sign off US/UK tax filings for clients.
• Manage and recruit a small team of tax professionals.
• Coordinate training and development on US/UK tax matters across the firm.
• Play a significant role in business development and winning new work.

Required profile

• Enrolled Agent or CPA status combined with a UK tax qualification (dual qualification preferred).
• Proven experience in business development.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax and funds reporting.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team.
