Vehicle Technician – BMW Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Technician to join our BMW team at Sytner Leicester. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop, delivering high‑quality repairs and servicing for BMW customers while upholding our safety and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service BMW vehicles using approved procedures.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and warranty work efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
• Utilise BMW diagnostic equipment to identify faults and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Required profile

• Team‑player comfortable in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 industry‑recognised qualification.
• Previous experience in a franchised dealership setting.
• Ability to work within set timescales and manage multiple tasks.
