Vehicle Technician – Luxury Car Service

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join the service team at Mercedes‑Benz of Milton Keynes. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop, delivering repairs and servicing for a range of premium vehicles in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full vehicle inspections, diagnostics and repairs in accordance with Mercedes‑Benz standards.
• Carry out MOT testing and fast‑fit garage procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop and use all required personal protective equipment.
• Adhere to set processes, timescales and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate work progress clearly.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry‑recognised automotive qualification.
• Team‑player comfortable working in a busy, structured environment.
• Motivated, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Vehicle diagnostics and fault‑finding.
• MOT testing procedures.
• Automotive repair and maintenance.
• Experience in fast‑fit garage settings.
