About the role

The Vice President will support financing pitches and marketing materials for private equity and infrastructure sponsors operating in the Digital Infrastructure space, including fibre companies and data centres. This senior finance role sits within the investment bank and collaborates closely with multiple product teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop financing pitches and marketing collateral for private equity and infrastructure sponsors in the Digital Infrastructure sector.
  • Analyse target companies – business, market, strategy, financials, investment merits and risks – for credit memos, information memoranda and lender presentations.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial models, including LBO modelling, financial statement analysis and the development of operating assumptions.
  • Work closely with capital markets, M&A, rating advisory and interest‑rates, FX and derivatives teams across the investment bank.
  • Assist in managing the portfolio of borrowers and clients.
