About the role

Join Blacklock’s vibrant restaurant team as a Waiter or Waitress. You will be the face of our dining room, delivering exceptional service to guests while embodying our inclusive, people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering basic queries.
• Take orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Handle payments, process bills, and manage cash registers responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
