Wholesale Assistant

About the role

The Wholesale Assistant will support Victoria Beckham’s wholesale team by ensuring smooth operational processes and delivering excellent service to our brand partners. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and partner teams, helping to grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor operational activities across assigned zones.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner buying teams, routing requests to Sales, Marketing, Press, and other departments.
• Maintain and update wholesale documents, databases, presentations, and commercial sample tracking.
• Organise travel schedules, appointments, and fashion‑week logistics such as restaurant reservations and client receptions.
• Support showroom organisation, client appointments, and preparation of customer profiles for sales representatives.
• Assist in proposal preparation, order deadline management, and revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Analyse competition, benchmark potential partners, and monitor weekly sales reports to maximise restocking opportunities.
• Collaborate with zone managers on territory development, partnership prospecting, and inventory monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of wholesale experience, preferably within luxury fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and flexible working hours during peak sales periods.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the Joor platform (not essential).
