HR Intern – UK Headquarters

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our UK headquarters team in London. The role offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions, from onboarding international transfers to supporting visa and mobility processes, while working in a global technology company focused on energy innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of international transfers, initiating relocations and tracking status.
• Support pre‑employment processes, including generating bank letters, preparing employment contracts and conducting right‑to‑work checks.
• Coordinate visa renewals, lease agreements and other compliance documentation.
• Organise and deliver the structured student work‑experience placement programme.
• Collaborate with managers to monitor seniority award presentations and other employee engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong organisational and process‑driven mindset.
• Professional demeanor suitable for a headquarters environment.
• Proactive attitude with good verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
