About the role

Systems UKI is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead the Human Capital Division. You will oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and supporting core administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and documentation in line with UK labour law.
  • Oversee employee records and HR systems, guaranteeing accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, employees and cross‑functional teams.
  • Support the execution of HR initiatives, communications and internal programmes.
  • Handle daily HR admin duties such as contracts, documentation and file management.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with benefits administration.
  • Provide leadership with HR reporting, data tracking and operational insights.
  • Work with IT to manage system access and equipment allocation during onboarding/off‑boarding.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and UK employment legislation.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and administrative coordination.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, operations‑focused environment is a plus.
