About the role

JD Healthcare is seeking a proactive Human Resources Administrator to join its People Team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. Based on Harley Street, you will act as a central point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line HR support to employees and managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Support onboarding, inductions and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Assist with absence management and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate HR meetings and documentation.
  • Support recruitment and broader People Team initiatives.

Required profile

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it).
  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional handling of confidential information.
  • Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Confidence using HR systems.
