About the role
The Lipault Store in London is looking for a part‑time Sales Advisor to work 12 hours per week, starting July 2026. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and helping to maximise sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide product advice and demonstrations, ensuring a friendly shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently while adhering to company procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and phone queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising displays and stockroom organisation.
- Assist with deliveries, stock counts and communicate any discrepancies.
- Observe security, health and safety standards and report any incidents.
Required profile
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift luggage up to 15 kg.
- Previous retail experience and strong product knowledge.
- Team player with a target‑driven attitude.
- Good command of English and flexible availability.
