Sponsorship Manager

About the role

The Sponsorship Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of sponsorship campaigns for ITV’s BEStudio team, working closely with agencies, clients and internal stakeholders across broadcast, streaming, digital and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned sponsorship deals, ensuring contractual, operational and administrative requirements are met.
• Act as the Brand Champion for each sponsorship property, shaping market positioning and maintaining consistent messaging.
• Develop high‑quality sales materials and presentations to showcase opportunities.
• Coordinate 360‑touchpoint campaign delivery with internal teams and external partners.
• Support pitching activities and share expert knowledge of sponsorship properties.
• Identify commercial opportunities and innovate new sponsorship formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex sponsorship campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong client‑servicing background with senior agency and direct client relationships.
• Excellent project‑management, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay calm under pressure and influence stakeholders at all levels.
