About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking an ambitious, commercially‑minded Business Development Associate to join its London office. This trainee position offers a clear pathway into international wealth management, with sponsorship to complete the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma and progression to a Private Wealth Adviser role.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international high‑net‑worth expatriate clients.
• Contact professionals via phone, email and LinkedIn to introduce Skybound’s wealth management proposition.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities and book meetings for experienced Private Wealth Advisers.
• Build long‑term professional relationships with prospects and clients.

Required profile

• Confident communication skills with strong commercial awareness.
• Proven track record in a proactive sales, recruitment or business development environment.
• Ability to generate leads and strategically develop new business.
• Comfortable dealing with high‑net‑worth individuals and interest in financial markets.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £24,000‑£28,000 plus uncapped commission (£40‑50k OTE year 1).
