About the role
Join the front‑office team at Hilton St Georges Park, delivering a warm welcome and seamless experience for leisure guests, sport teams, and corporate clients. As a Receptionist you will manage check‑in and check‑out, handle guest queries, and support audit procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient reception services, including guest check‑in, check‑out and handling of payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate audit records and ensure compliance with front‑office procedures.
- Communicate guest feedback and relevant information to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.
- Promote hotel services and facilities through up‑selling techniques.
- Assist with training and development of night‑team members.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle guest queries efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
- Willingness to learn hotel product knowledge, room categories, rates and promotions.
