Assembly Operator – Full‑time Temporary Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated Assembly Operators to join a reputable manufacturing business in Stanley. The position is full‑time and temporary, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent contract after a successful probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of products using hand tools, ensuring each item meets quality standards.
• Carry out thorough quality inspections on completed products and record findings.
• Mark defects, sort items, and place them in designated collection areas.
• Occasionally operate machinery and monitor settings throughout the production process.
• Follow standard operating procedures and uphold strict health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
• Willing to attend an interview and induction process.
• Looking for a long‑term position with potential for permanent employment.
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
