About the role
Join a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed company as a Business Development Representative in Bristol. You will be at the centre of the growth strategy, creating first‑contact conversations and feeding the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails and social platforms.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine opportunities.
- Book meetings and create sales‑ready opportunities for senior team members.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services and market.
- Maintain an organised pipeline and keep CRM systems updated.
Required profile
- Confident speaking with new people.
- Proactive and motivated by achieving goals.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
- Ambitious and eager to build a successful career.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
