Community Manager - Overture Tributary

About the role

The Community Manager leads daily operations of an Active Adult community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, strong financial performance, and full regulatory compliance. This position serves as the primary liaison between ownership, residents, and the onsite team, fostering a vibrant, inclusive environment for adults aged 55+.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident concerns, complaints, questions, and requests, resolving issues with empathy and problem‑solving.
• Prepare and submit accurate accounting, financial, administrative, and operational reports on schedule.
• Act as liaison with ownership, investors, and regional/asset management teams; lead site visits and provide performance updates and market insights.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development of onsite team members.
• Manage lease enforcement processes and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other housing regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Community Manager or Property Manager.
• Strong understanding of active‑adult community needs and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑resolution abilities.
