About the role

Join Enterprise Flex‑E‑Rent in Aberdeen as a Customer Assistance Representative, delivering high‑quality service to commercial vehicle hire customers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting customers in‑person, by phone and via email while contributing to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (face‑to‑face, phone, email).
• Manage vehicle bookings and maintain fleet management systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support account management.
• Handle administrative, problem‑solving and operational tasks efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer care abilities.
• Flexible approach to work and ability to handle enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Full UK/EU manual driving licence.
• Ability to pass security checks (criminal, financial, employment references).
