About the role
Join an iconic watch brand as a Customer Care Coordinator on a 12‑month contract in Southampton. You will be the first point of contact for customers across the UK and Ireland, ensuring every interaction is positive and resolves quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer returns, issue refunds or exchanges in line with company policy.
- Identify counterfeit items, especially for collaboration watches, to protect brand integrity.
- Perform minor watch servicing such as bracelet adjustments and battery replacements.
- Communicate clearly with customers via phone and email, providing accurate information and first‑point‑of‑contact solutions.
- Monitor interactions to prevent issues from escalating into complaints.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing updates and best practices.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Self‑motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
