About the role
Join Starling’s Customer Service team as an Overnight Team Member, providing fast, friendly assistance to banking customers around the clock. You will work a 37.5‑hour week on a 4‑on/4‑off schedule, handling a wide range of queries from simple to complex.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat or email during overnight shifts (20:00‑07:15).
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining Starling’s high service standards.
- Document interactions accurately in the internal system.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to share knowledge and improve processes.
- Participate in a six‑week face‑to‑face training programme.
Required profile
- Customer‑obsessed attitude with a genuine desire to help.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Willingness to work overnight hours and a rotating shift pattern.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new digital banking tools.
