Early Careers Attraction Coordinator

About the role

Newton is targeting 20% annual growth and needs a proactive Early Careers Attraction Coordinator to support its university recruitment strategy. You will work closely with the Early Careers team, marketing, and external partners to attract and engage student talent across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing multi‑channel recruitment campaigns (university fairs, job boards, website, social media).
• Maintain campus relationships by attending university events, careers fairs and other recruitment activities.
• Engage candidates throughout the process, managing “keep warm” communications.
• Build and nurture talent pools of students and alumni.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing teams and agencies to deliver the attraction strategy.
• Manage external suppliers for event logistics, merchandise and transportation.
• Attend and administer events across the UK, handling bookings, shipping, and participant lists.
• Train temporary support staff during peak recruiting periods.
• Collect data and prepare performance reports.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and, when needed, assist with selection and assessment activities.
