Executive Assistant to CEO (Full‑time, 32‑hour week)

About the role
WeBuyVintage, the UK’s largest face‑to‑face buyer of jewellery, antiques and collectables, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its founders. Working primarily from our Cambridge office, you will act as the right‑hand to the CEOs, helping them focus on high‑value priorities while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements and daily workflows for the founders.
- Prioritise and triage communications, drafting responses where needed.
- Prepare briefs, agendas and follow‑ups to make meetings purposeful.
- Track progress on strategic projects and drive accountability across teams.
- Coordinate board communications, management meetings, dealer calls and newsletters.
- Champion company culture and help plan new office locations, team events and off‑sites.
- Anticipate challenges, spot gaps and proactively remove bottlenecks.
- Provide personal admin support (travel, household logistics) that impacts professional schedules.
Required profile
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to understand the broader business.
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and act as a trusted sounding board.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growth environment and handling sensitive information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Replit.
- Experience using workflow‑automation platforms.
