French Speaking Airport/Hotel Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative individual to join our FIT Operations Department as a French‑speaking Airport/Hotel Representative. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking guests arriving in Malta, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they land.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare welcome envelopes and informational packages for arriving clients.
• Greet and escort French‑speaking guests at the airport.
• Conduct information meetings for guests staying in hotels.
• Promote and sell excursions, car‑hire services, and other optional activities.
• Monitor and safeguard guests’ interests throughout their stay in Malta.
• Assist with flight handling for the company or its subsidiaries when required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Computer literate with basic office software skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle a fast‑paced environment.
