Housekeeper

About the role

Audley Villages is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure both owners and external guests experience a pristine, welcoming environment across our retirement villages. This role combines routine cleaning duties with a focus on delivering a first‑class, respectful service in private homes and shared facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in owners' private residences, communal areas, and guest suites.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation.
• Ensure all supplies and equipment are stocked and used efficiently.
• Respect the privacy and preferences of owners, adapting cleaning methods to individual needs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate team.

• Warm, reliable and discreet individual who values confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team‑oriented attitude.
• Respectful of owners’ homes and attentive to their specific requirements.
• Flexible and able to adapt to a varied daily routine.

Required skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of owners, families and team members.
• Strong attention to detail to keep environments immaculate.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning.
