About the role
The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Housing Assistant to support its Customer Liaison Service in West London. This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers the chance to develop a career in housing while providing essential administrative and resident‑focused support.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain resident data and customer information.
- Raise repair requests, purchase orders and update internal systems.
- Respond to routine resident enquiries via phone, email, text and written correspondence.
- Make outbound calls to residents to follow up on queries and service updates.
- Spend time on the field engaging with residents across the West London patch while being based at the London office.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Experience in a fast‑paced front‑line role, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work methodically, follow procedures and record data accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Education to Level 2 (GCSE C+ or equivalent) or higher; CIH Level 3 desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
