Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our teams with a consumer‑focused mindset. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding managers and employees through HR processes, talent development, and organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with assigned teams on staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Provide employee‑relations support, including performance issues, attendance, discipline, grievance handling, and union liaison.
• Design and implement organizational capability initiatives aligned with talent strategy.
• Drive talent development programs, diversity initiatives, and succession pipelines for critical roles.
• Collaborate on compensation structures and communicate benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, conduct investigations, and partner with legal counsel when needed.
• Maintain WorkDay data, generate HR reports, and support system changes with BES.
• Monitor employee engagement and facilitate transparent communication between management and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Ability to navigate and influence within a matrix organization.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and change‑management skills.
• Proven track record in building engagement, coaching leaders, and handling fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
