In-Resort Host

About the role

As an In-Resort Host you will be a key member of the guest‑experience team, creating memorable moments for visitors from around the world who are staying in Malta. You will guide guests through their itinerary, ensuring safety, comfort and a high level of enjoyment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany individual or group guests from arrival to departure, providing friendly and professional service.
• Deliver an informative and engaging programme of activities, tours and experiences as outlined in the published itineraries.
• Arrange and oversee safe, comfortable transportation to all destinations, maintaining the vehicle’s interior and exterior to a high standard.
• Coordinate visits with external suppliers such as restaurants, guides, and special venues, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Offer well‑researched alternative options when guest preferences change.

Required profile

• Dependable, dedicated and motivated to provide exceptional guest service.
• Flexible availability, including full‑day, half‑day, evening, weekend and public‑holiday shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in at least one of the following languages: Polish, Romanian, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Serbian.
• Preference given to candidates fluent in multiple languages.
