About the role
The Manager, Digital Acumen & Training is a global position within SC&O Systems, tasked with strengthening the AI mindset, digital acumen, system adoption, and operational readiness of the Global Supply Chain. You will design and deliver scalable digital curricula and learning experiences that enable supply‑chain teams to use systems, data, and tools more effectively while evolving the citizen‑developer program.
Key responsibilities
- Define, develop and roll out digital training curricula for supply‑chain functions worldwide.
- Create engaging learning experiences that improve system usage, data literacy and AI readiness.
- Support the adoption of digital tools and platforms across multiple regions.
- Lead and expand the citizen‑developer program to foster innovation.
- Collaborate with supply‑chain leaders to align training with operational goals.
- Monitor training impact on operational efficiency, system performance and change adoption.
Required profile
- Proven experience in designing and delivering digital training or learning programs.
- Understanding of supply‑chain processes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work globally with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
