Manufacturing Operator – First Shift (MBs)

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operator you will work hands‑on on the production line, supporting the MB’s Tables business unit. You will join a dedicated first‑shift team, applying a can‑do attitude while maintaining high quality standards for precision components.

Key responsibilities

• Meet scheduled manufacturing targets as part of an allocated team.
• Operate a wide range of precision industrial machinery after training.
• Record and communicate accurate technical measurements and product status via the production control system.
• Participate in cross‑training to broaden knowledge of the Tables Business Unit.
• Identify and help resolve quality or production issues, contributing to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Practical hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.

• Operation of precision industrial machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude for handling equipment and tools.
