About the role
Robinson Young Ltd is seeking a National Account Manager to lead major UK grocery accounts. You will build strong customer partnerships and drive profitable growth across a diverse mix of branded and own‑label products in a fast‑moving market.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver Joint Business Plans across Health, Beauty, Wellness and Household brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
- Lead product development, range reviews and implement trade plans.
- Use data and insight to make smarter commercial decisions.
- Identify new opportunities across categories and accounts.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager in FMCG or Health & Beauty.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with major UK grocery retailers.
- Proactive, driven mindset with a sense of ownership.
