PMO Analyst

About the role

The PMO Analyst will support the delivery of projects and programmes by providing governance, reporting and coordination across stakeholders. You will help maintain delivery standards, track performance and ensure accurate information for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support project and programme governance in line with PMO standards.
• Track and report on status, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs and other delivery artefacts.
• Assist with financial tracking, budget monitoring and variance reporting.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and reviews, documenting actions and decisions.
• Support change control processes and keep plans and reports up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of project and programme management practices and PMO governance.
• Hands‑on experience with project tracking, reporting and documentation.
• Good analytical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
