Primary Teacher - ASD Provision (Hounslow)

About the role

Reeson Education is partnering with a high‑achieving mainstream primary school in Hounslow to recruit a Primary Teacher for its dedicated Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) provision. Starting in September 2026, you will join a small, well‑resourced class focused on supporting pupils with autism and additional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Teach a small class within the school's established ASD provision.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, the SENCO and the inclusion team to support pupil progress.
• Create a calm, positive learning environment that promotes academic and social development.
• Participate actively in the wider school community and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Passion for inclusive education and willingness to develop SEN expertise.
• Positive, patient and resilient attitude.
• Both early‑career teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are welcome.

Required skills

• Lesson planning and differentiation.
• Classroom management.
• Collaboration with support staff.
