Qualified Baby Room Leader – Level 3 Early Years

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator to lead our baby room and create a nurturing, stimulating environment for children aged 0‑5. You will design and deliver high‑quality educational programmes while ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to children aged 0‑5.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress, adapting activities as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to raise overall nursery quality.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education.
• Keep accurate records of development and daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
• Previous nursery or similar experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
