About the role
We are seeking a proactive Receptionist & Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our London office. The role combines front‑of‑house duties with comprehensive office coordination, supporting senior stakeholders as the business continues to expand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors and suppliers professionally and manage incoming calls, deliveries and post.
- Prepare meeting rooms, arrange catering and ensure presentation‑ready environments.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, act as the central contact for office queries and assist with onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Handle invoices, receipts and general office paperwork.
- Monitor and order office supplies, coordinate deliveries and maintain supplier relationships.
- Support team events, meetings and social activities.
- Maintain a clean, organised office, troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with office set‑up and improvements.
- Assist with health‑and‑safety checks and liaise with contractors and service providers.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a receptionist, office administration or similar role.
- Confident, professional communication with strong organisational ability.
- Proactive, hands‑on approach and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Desirable experience supporting senior leadership or working in a growing business.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
