Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Malmaison Brighton you will join the Housekeeping team to ensure every guest bedroom is cleaned to the highest standards each day. You will work on set shifts, interact with guests, and help maintain the boutique hotel’s reputation for style and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all guest bedrooms daily, following Malmaison’s quality standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interact with guests in conversational English, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work independently for periods of time while adhering to shift schedules.
• Maintain fitness levels required for the physical nature of the role.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and high personal standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a great guest experience.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of housekeeping.
