Senior Manager – Business Advisory (Partner track)

About the role

iMultiply is seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Manager to lead its Business Advisory team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering strategic financial insight and helping them grow while also guiding a small, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing business advisory and accounting services.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships as a trusted adviser.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the practice.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team, overseeing performance and professional development.
• Oversee preparation and review of management accounts, forecasts, and business plans.
• Provide insight and advice to improve clients' financial performance and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated client service.
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements while driving process efficiency.

Required profile

• CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Solid experience in an accountancy practice, preferably in business advisory or general practice.
• Commercial mindset with appetite for business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience managing and developing a small team.
• Strong organisational ability to balance strategic work and hands‑on delivery.
