Strategic Supply Chain Manager – EU Hardlines (12‑month)

About the role

Join Amazon’s largest product family and help shape the supply‑chain strategy for EU Hardlines. You will work from one of our retail hubs in London, Madrid, Milan, Munich or Paris, partnering with key vendors to improve product availability while reducing cost and time to serve.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise vendor‑facing supply‑chain programs to meet Amazon standards.
• Analyse data to identify gaps in product availability, returns handling and cost‑to‑serve.
• Develop scalable solutions for internal and external operational challenges.
• Lead multiple cross‑functional projects from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with category teams to define long‑term availability and inventory strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, mathematics, finance, business or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of analytical and process‑improvement work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with large vendors.
