About the role
Join Better’s dynamic Bournemouth office as a Telesales Executive. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and booking appointments with senior decision‑makers for our field sales team, helping to drive growth in a fast‑moving telecommunications environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pre‑qualified prospects from provided data sets.
- Engage decision‑makers quickly, creating interest in Better’s products and services.
- Gather information on prospect needs, budget, and decision‑making process.
- Assess prospect qualification against defined criteria.
- Conduct follow‑up calls or emails to nurture leads requiring additional engagement.
- Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
- Stay up‑to‑date on product features and benefits to communicate value effectively.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales or similar call‑center roles.
- Confident communicator able to engage senior decision‑makers within the first 30 seconds.
- Resilient, positive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Target‑driven attitude, comfortable working towards KPIs and incentives.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn and progress quickly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for logging calls and managing leads.
What we offer
- Competitive salary starting at £30,000, rising to £35,000 after training and KPI achievement.
- Senior roles up to £40,000 base with OTE up to £70,000 and top performers exceeding £100,000.
