Vehicle Sales Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Audi dealership in Worcester. Working Monday to Friday, you will support the retail sales team by ensuring all paperwork related to vehicle orders is accurate and processed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer vehicle orders and handle vehicle taxation.
• Assist Retail Managers with finance paperwork and order tracking.
• Prioritise a heavy workload and manage schedules effectively.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments to guarantee vehicles meet exact specifications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a busy administrative role; vehicle sales administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to deliver a smooth, efficient service for customers.
