Warehouse Operator Level 3 – Trainer (B Shift)

About the role

The Warehouse Operator Level 3 (Trainer) works on the B shift at our Delta Park facility in Fareham, handling complex warehouse processes autonomously while supporting team leaders and training junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Operate across all plant areas with full autonomy, managing the most complex tasks and mastering the majority of processes.
• Act as a backup for Team Leaders, covering holidays or leave.
• Troubleshoot process issues using ERP, WMS, WCS and Tableau.
• Deliver training in your area of expertise, maintain competency records and ensure timely updates.
• Serve as a health‑and‑safety reference, overseeing safe equipment use and housekeeping.
• Promote and participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Investigate and resolve high‑complexity issues to minimise disruption.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in warehouse operations with the ability to handle high‑complexity tasks.
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior operators.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Capability to act as a key user for operational systems.
