About the role

Kaplan International College London is seeking an Academic Leader to shape and deliver a high‑quality academic programme for a diverse international student body. You will use your expertise in teaching and learning to maximise student performance and support the college’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and develop curriculum areas to ensure alignment with university pathways.
• Allocate resources and organise academic activities across departments.
• Analyse student data to inform improvements and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with teaching, support and administrative teams to foster a student‑centred environment.
• Champion the effective use of Generative AI tools in teaching and learning.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to student‑centred learning approaches.
• Proven experience managing curriculum areas.
• Understanding of the needs of international students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to allocate resources, organise work and analyse data.
• Collaborative mindset across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher.
• Teaching qualification is desirable.
