Account Coordinator – Recruitment (Bradford)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support our client, a leading UK distribution and logistics supplier, managing flexible employees on‑site in Bradford.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with flexible employees.
• Manage performance, productivity and attendance, including absence processes.
• Conduct exit questionnaires and report on performance, attrition and absence.
• Ensure adherence to on‑site health & safety and support colleague engagement events.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in high‑volume recruitment or managing teams in logistics.
• UK resident able to travel to the site for shifts.
• Strong grasp of English and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
